Skills & Qualifications:


  • At least 8 years working in a Human Resources position with responsibility for compensation/benefits, performance management, staffing, succession planning, training & development, etc.
  • Staff management experience
  • At least 2 years experience supporting a large (100+) employee population.
  • Ability to create, adapt and customize HR solutions to meet business needs
  • Ability to influence business unit leaders and drive strategic HR and business objectives
  • Ability to work well in a complex, highly matrixed organization
  • Excellent collaboration, consulting and communication skills
  • Experience working within a complex, dynamic, fast-paced, multi-cultural business environment
  • In-depth HR functional knowledge, with solid understanding of key HR functions (generalist, specialist, etc.)
  • Previous experience working with an international company/team required
  • Strong business acumen with a mix of project management, organizational, negotiation, analytical and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong personal credibility with ability to build trusted relationships with senior business leaders


Job Description:


  • Consult on and influence employee decisions (ie: promotion/transfer, performance management, disciplinary action, etc.)
  • Design and implement succession planning and senior-level talent assessment processes
  • Design effective organizational/workflow structures in partnership with business unit leaders
  • Flexibility required to meet as needed with business partners and team members across the globe
  • Handle all immigration matters within client populations
  • Implement/lead change management initiatives in partnership with business unit leaders
  • Manage all employee relations matters and investigations to minimize organizational risk
  • Participate in the development and implementation of employee lifecycle processes; handle associated logistics (ie: exit interviews and paperwork)
  • Partner with Finance to determine appropriate staffing levels and anticipate future resource requirements based on business and market conditions; obtain necessary approvals for open positions
  • Partner with HR team and business unit leadership to continually improve company communication processes
  • Promote, design and deliver ongoing employee development opportunities and training
  • Strategic staff planning and development
  • Work with HR service specialists (ie: benefits, payroll, staffing) to manage the delivery, maintenance and communication of core HR processes; recommend and implement changes as needed
  • Travel: This job requires up to 10% travel, some of which may be international
